The food was amazing and even on a waitlist we got a table fairly quickly. We definitely underestimated the level of spice for the spicy miso broth but it was amazing. We'll definitely be back but we'll just order the non-spicy broths
I am very picky about my Ramen and have been searching for a spot for a while. Took a chance with Ajisen Ramen and they did not disappoint! I got the Spicy Miso Ramen to go and although I wished the broth was thicker, the flavour of the noodles completely blew me away. That paired with the seasoned egg and BBQ Pork left me speechless. I feel like taking a nap now and that’s a GOOD thing! Excellent food and now my go to spot.
I visited the place with my family. We had Beef Raman, shrimp, chicken, and tofu. We loved them all! We also had the beef steak which I liked but it was the Japanese rather the western; you may order if you like Asian style. The staff was nice and helpful and the place was clean and organized. The prices were reasonable considering the portions. Only be careful of the spicy options! They are very spicy and you can ask to have the spices on the side and add them to your plate as much as you prefer.
I love the tom yum broth flavoured ramen - also like they place spicy powder on the tables so you don't need to ask the server for it - highly tasteful and recommend
I was a Little worried about eating at this place because I’ve never had ramen before and I’m quite a picky eater. However, I came in yesterday and the service was great I told them I wasn’t sure on what to order and that I was picky and they helped me narrow down what to order. I ended up getting a spicy beef ramen with less spice. It tasted great! Much better than I expected. My server Tiffany was also very patient and accommodating, I didn’t even have to call her over she was very observant, made sure I always had water and came up and asked me for the bill when I had finished eating. Overall the experience was great and I will be coming here again to try the karaage ramen.
It was my first time trying Ajisen Ramen and from other experiences at multiple ramen restaurants I believe it is safe to say that this is now my go-to ramen spot. First thing is they have a wide variety of different ramens to choose from. They have steak, filet, sliced pork, BBQ pork and vegan options. Compared to other ramen restaurants, its only limited to chicken or pork. They also have a lot of side dishes to choose from and I highly recommend the garlic broccolini and enoki beef rolls. It’s just something about the sauce that they use for it that makes it so tasteful. Second thing is the environment, it was very chill and overall a great place to grab a bite with some friends. They also serve alcohol which pairs really well with the hot ramen they serve. The place was relatively kept clean as it was a bit busy when we dined in and the bathrooms were clean. Lastly, the service was amazing, servers were welcoming and sat us right away. We were also given water within seconds of sitting down which was great. The girls were very helpful in explaining the menu and gave us awesome recommendations. In the picture below, I got the filet mignon ramen with spicy miso broth. It originally comes with the black garlic broth but I told her I wanted something a bit spicy so she recommended I changed the broth to spicy miso. It was the perfect recommendation. The only con is it did take a while for our ramens to come out. It was busy so our server told us the wait time may be a bit longer than usual but luckily we werent in a rush!
We visited this place for a friend’s birthday. We were a group of 6 people. We ordered the 2 Vegan Harvest with the veg miso broth and mala broth. We ordered one tofu vegetarian ramen with mala broth. We had the spicy chicken ramen with added corn, spicy beef ramen and the Ajisen spicy pork ramen. For the sides we tried the garlic broccoli, karage chicken and the Brussels sprouts were absolutely amazing. Service was quick.
Absolutely incredible food every single time I’ve been! Consistent across other locations the food is insanely delicious, fresh, and hot. Have brought so many people to Ajisen that all love it. Amazing vegan options too. Must try the beyond meat ramen with vegan Tom Yum broth and the crispy Brussels sprouts. I’ve converted Brussel sprout haters with this dish! Amazing service too.
